My Reaction: The CCC Self-Assessment was eye-opening in a sense that it made me learn more about myself and what it means to be culturally competent. I first reflected on my awareness and ability to recognize cultural differences but realized I have a long way to go in continuing to educate myself about cultural competent practices.
