For me it help me alot because i would be sad a lot but then i'll play my favourite game and i'll forgot what i was sad about. But then i'll get mad because i'm competitive games but it's because i play certain games. I make sure that i play with friends cause that helps me alot and it could help you a lot as well. The bad thing about video games is that it's time consuming because if you're so interested into the game you could be playing for hours without knowing. Every time I play I waste a lot of my time but I mostly play in the weekends cause then I don't have to worried about school unless I have homework or saturday school but I don't.Should Make sure you have an alarm so you could know how long you have played and if you want to keep playing then it's your choice if you want to but then you might not have enough time to do your school work or study.I always play from 10 am till like 5pm then i just watch some videos on youtube from my favourite youtubers. Culture identity could be anything that makes you and what you like a lot as well. For me i could have done it on other things like how i'm mexican or part white but i like video games more. So i did on how interesting it is and how joyful it could make you and how time consuming it
