The majority also left behind the ethnic minorities. From the population by-census in 2016, there are 8% of the Hong Kong population are not Chinese. Which includes other ethnicity like Filipino, Indonesian and others. There are about five hundred and eighty thousand people living in Hong Kong be defined as minorities. Reason that they were defined as a minorities may only because they have a different skin color and clothing style. In one society, the rights and concerns from the majority are always being well considered. But for those in the minorities, their voice and needs are seldom being considered. Ethnic minorities in Hong Kong have a long history, but still are defined as stranger in the society. There is a lack of support in education in other social resources for them. There is an Indonesian mobile Library in Victoria Park every Sunday. The library is outdoor and only has about 500 books. They have their own library card as well as a borrow and return system. Reason why there is an Indonesian mobile Library is because books in public library which written by Indonesia language are all language teaching people how to learn Indonesia language. Especially for Hong Kong, a city with multi cultures. Identity is not something inborn, it various along time, personal experiences and other factors. Differences in identity should not stop the communication between people. At the other hand we should encourage people try to get in touch with people in different identity, so that they can explore more new things in the world. Stop blocking people with different identity, being label as a minority would never be a nice thing for anyone. Participate in a small number of group can never be define as a good or bad
