There are billions of people living around the globe. All the individual people have their own identity. These identity of individual varies along the dimensions of race, ethnicity, physical ability, gender, sexual orientation, socio-economic status, religion and religious belief, political beliefs and different other environmental factors. Thus, in these cases the concept of diversity encloses acceptance and respect. Diversity is the medium which help to maintain these differentiations in a safe, positive, and nurturing environment. Diversity is the simple understanding among the people’s concept of behaving and moving beyond tolerance to live in a rich dimensions of diversity contained with each individual. The employees having the same culture, language and religion binds together. Thus, there will be divisions of different groups within a single company. Employees with big groups tend to act stronger then smaller one. As a result, culturally diverse employees avoid communication with other staffs during the break time or after work. Formation of groups lacks the employees to share their ideas, skill, knowledge and experience thus, curbing productivity growth and the effectiveness of teams. For example: Hindu people bind together because of same religion and behaviour and same way Muslim people, Christians people and so on.

c. Workplace issues:
Workplace issues can arise from cultural diversity. In a culturally diverse company issues with the employees are quite normal. In USA, African-American employees are being discriminated especially in the white management team. Thus, African employees are likely to resign the job where the white employees are working along. On the same way most of the companies in third world countries are still discrimination between male and female employees.
