International Human Resources Issues linked to the integration of numerous nationalities within the company workforce due to globalization, mobility and development in tourism trends. Which also contains the cultural diversity.

Cultural diversity is the difference between different cultures, impact when they met, such as competition and loss reaction. Cultural diversity may be due to religious constituencies, ethnic group, language, political stance, social class, gender, nationalism, the age gap, literary accomplishment, artistic cognition, different degree of education, and cultural diversity.

However, for in a company, what is the effects cultural diversity? This is positive or negative to the development of the company?

Now more than 62000 employees from all over the world are work in the Emirates Airline & Group. The United Arab Emirates culture is based on the Arab culture. In the Emirates Airline, most of the employees are from local or similar Islamic culture country, others from Europe, Asia, and the USA. With so many different cultures, how could they communicate to each other, and how could they cause misunderstanding. In addition to verbal communication, body language or nonverbal is the most easily to communicate, but also the most likely to lead to misunderstanding.

Nonverbal Communication in the United Arab Emirates
1. Put your hand on your heart show genuine respect and humility. Sometimes, it is a combination with a small bow, meaning thank you.
