France and the U.S both has a high percent of immigrants in their country. So this mean that some of there supplies won't be too much. So with all them in their country they will have less food. But on the other hand, with all them being in them countries cahalp them be creative and discover new ways to celebrate. Even new arts so they can show their feelings in pictures and express themselves without talking or cursing. So its good and bad at the same time.
