As an immigrant person, I know the cultural differences between my country and the United States, but after I took this course, I have learned more about how to understand culture, especially how cultural differences has a huge influence on your job setting. The class textbook also helped provide a lot of information regarding culture and the different changes in methods. For example, the class textbook describes organizational behavior, culture, diversity, communication, business ethics, change management, and make a connection with the organization's function from one provider to the other.
