Everything must grow in order to prove excellence in a world where excellence runs scarce. In a lifetime you hope to have grown, you inspire to be growing, and you plan to keep growing. What a person needs to prove their excellence isn’t just drive, but drive to turn nothing into something. Use success as motivation to keep going. Use failure as motivation to start trying. Use average as motivation to start working. Although, definitions for failure, average, and success varies for everyone, motivation prospers inside of everybody, it just needs a little kick start sometimes. Wherever people come from and wherever people plan to go, it 's never worth giving up.

Aspirations and goals is what gives everybody their motivation to succeed and work for their success. My aspirations, short term, are to go to a college, study in something interesting, yet a career of the future, and set up my career for my long and happy future. My goal, long term, is simple and can be explained in three words. Successful, happy, secure. My happiness is important, as it is for everybody, but happiness can change depending on which stage of life I am in. Before I start a family is the time where I make my connections and I take my risks. My happiness can be changed at my disposal but the happiness of my family is always number one. Hence, the day I start my family is the day I need to be financially secure, emotionally stable, and is the day my life shifts from career to family. That’s why a family mustn 't start until I am absolutely ready for it. Competition is what allows for success and leads to positive things. If things were easy everybody would be doing the same boring things, living the same boring lives. But what allows for this to not happen is competition. Life doesn’t work that way. Those who work hard get what they deserve. Fear for failure is what motivates for success. All I can hope for is to be pushed hard enough and often enough to make it where I want to go. But goals is not for just hoping to achieve. Goals are opportunities and I can 't blow opportunities. I take what I learn, use that to keep learning, and one day I will be exactly what I want to
