The medical field is an ever changing field, that also includes cultural and demographical changes that all medical facilities need to take into account. As our communities become more diverse ethnically, our healthcare providing organizations must recognize these changes and accommodate all patients cultural differences. Before a healthcare providing organization decides to locate to a certain area, they should thoroughly research the community and its population to make sure it is able to accommodate and communicate efficiently and affectively with all patients.
