Another issue or barrier they go through is not knowing if there providing the best care possible to the patients. Which I why they would have to do surveys occasionally to see what the patient think of them. Since if there doing something wrong with those surveys they would know what exactly it is. This way, they would be able to just fix it and give a better health care quality.
Discuss resources needed, including key stakeholders, and the role they play in your plan.
To begin with some resources, we would be needing is an instructor since we would need to teach our health care staff how to take better data. So, that way when they are with the patient they take every single detail down so that when we ask the insurance they are more likely to pay faster. Since they would see right away all the things we did to the patient so they would be more likely to accept the amount you’re asking. A stakeholder we would probably need is a Hospital working with us since we would be more likely to share patients. Plus, it would be a win/win situation for both of us.

But also with my staff that way if they have any question with about the patient they can just talk about it. Instead of when is all late and we sent in the data and Medicaid doesn’t understand. So, having good conversation would be very important for this proposal to work with both the help of Medicaid staff and the work staff. Another strategy would be to have a better learning environment at the work place since this would help all the staff learn from each other. So, what one knows they can teach the other and that way everyone would be in the same page. That would help so much since it won’t make one staff feel like they’re less than the other staff. They would have more of a feeling like yes, we all good and no one is better than anyone
