Hello everyone, I’m here to introduce to you my artifact that I brought to class and I hope this broadens your perspective on what culture I’m part of in the active communities. Today I brought in my running shoes that I had for a while and even though it may seem like just any regular pair of shoes they mean a lot to me because of what I gone through with them. You see, I wore these shoes when I was doing PE 3, which was a weightlifting class and they have been in my life through hard times when I had to do hard exercises and workouts during that class alone.
