Our business faces competition ftom a number of existing establishments such as Happy Tails Pet Care Services, Dog Dayz and Portsmouth Pet Sitting to name a few. The competitive analysis will focus on services our company will offer like, pet sitting, boarding/lodging, grooming services and our retail section which will price, location, business hours, facility will be reviewed.
