Organization observed the market shift from mass produced and highly processed food towards the greater quality and authenticity and they introduced the pastas with the idea of gourmet spices with wide range of choices. And with the increasing market demand for wholegrain healthy food they launched wholegrain pasta cucina fresca.
True earth developed a pasta with wide range of choices and accompanying sauces. Also as compared dry pasta which come in large sizes can be used for many meals, the fresca products were designed to get consumed in one meal. They tasted this concept with focus group and got positive feedback.
After the positive feedback they conducted with BASES and collected the estimated sales, with 76% intent buyers.
