Our relations with Cuba are limited. As of today we have trade barriers. Those which raise the pricing on imported domestic goods. Also, our free trade is used in absent of trade barriers. Those barriers are outline in Helms-Burton Act and the U. S. embargo on Cuba. The United States has not lifted trade with Cuba.
