UCM:CPSW did a home visit on 12/28/16 to met with Kaison and the foster providers (GeorgianneSpeliopoulos & David Luker) Kaison seemed happy and learning to walk without any assistents. to check on Kaison and the foster providers has any concerns. CPSW asked about Kaison daily routines. The foster provider reported no concerns. She stated that he is doing well and teething. He continues to eat well and is sleeping almost all night. CPSW asked the foster provider any other concerns. She reported no concerns. During the visit foster provider singed the case plan and was given a copy of the case plan as well. Also, this worker provided a copy of Kaison's insurance card to Georgianne. Goal 1-2
