Focus: Amonie will improve cooperation skills.
Intervention: CSP and MHS discussed improvement in communication and understanding barriers. CSP and Amonie explored which method use to assist the youth in remaining calm when frustrated. CSP, MHS, and Amonie discussed possible reasons for new placement. CSP and MHS reviewed reasons the youth struggle with compliance and identifying her feelings. CSP and Amonie practiced different ways of communicating with others and using self-calming techniques. CSP and DSS worker (Ms. Williams) discussed 30 notice given from MHS and possible positive interventions.
Response: Amonie was excited to share she cleaned her room and completed her chores. The youth expressed she is doing better and trying to
