Betty Shelby is an Oklahoma police Officer was charged with manslaughter after shooting and killing an unarmed african-american due to an overreaction. 40 year old, Terence Crutcher was found dead on Friday night. The victim was killed as he was approaching his car with his armed raised the event was caught on police helicopter. On Monday the video was released, in the footage Crutcher was approaching his car slowly. At 7:30 p.m a police report about the current position of Crutcher, officer Betty drawn a gun behind Crutcher, then officer Betty back up have came with three police officer have come as Crutcher is standing next to the driver's side door, he suddenly drops to the ground and blood can be seen saturating his white shirt.
An officer follows Crutcher from behind for several seconds with a gun drawn before three more officers then converge on the scene as Crutcher walks toward the SUV. As Crutcher is standing next to the driver's side door, he suddenly drops to the ground and blood can be seen saturating his white shirt.
