Strengths and Opportunities:
Research and development is an opportunity that Crunch can utilize that will directly affect their establishment and give them a new way to improve the classes to keep the customers happy. Due to the service presented organization, a strong customer base is vital, which includes marketing to the right crowd. Expanding will help the convenience for its customers and allow the current locations to be less crowded. Listening to the customers’ demands will maintain their membership. Hearing customers input through surveys will help improve customer concerns. Increasing the monthly rates will add to the revenue income of the company. Adding to the gym making it hybrid with UFC will allow for more innovation and differentiation

The current threats are competition of other large and small gyms, advertisement and the policy of building and operating a business. Strategies to fulfill these suggestions are to use the increase of revenue brought in and add to the amenities of specific locations to maintain competitive advantage, staying up to the latest changing trends of the economy. Establishing more partnerships will bring in more customers; for example, UFC is a high-quality competitor to partner with. Creating a task force to specifically research all new opportunities for Crunch and its future locations will greatly benefit the organization. Overall, focusing on location of the new gyms, maintaining the community orientated environment and continuing to research new ideas will keep the company …show more content…
The growth has tremendously improved from the start but like all companies they need to continue to evolve. Advertisement needs to be increased to bring new customers in. Going to colleges is a great promotional advertisement that Crunch currently does that I believe is very beneficial. By doing these things, the threat of other competition will be diminished while maintaining the goals and objectives of the company. Creating a Human Resources department is important to make sure the staff and organization are improving its services and maintaining competitive. Adding a loss prevention team will allow all locations to follow the laws and regulations of franchises to not get sued and lastly building more facilities is always good for the face of the
