Inevitably, every nurse comes across a stressful situation that requires risky conversation and how one handles themselves, can make it a positive or negative experience.
Weaknesses
The results from the Style Under Stress Survey gave me the type of results I was expecting. The results from this survey said that I use all of the silence characteristics during crucial conversations and controlling from the violence category. These results come to no surprise for me since I personally tend to have a quieter personality and I try to avoid crucial conversations. The problem when I avoid and withdraw, I internalize all those feelings and emotions. These feelings and emotions build up to where I eventually have enough and become more upset
