• Buy and bust. P alleges malicious prosecution, unlawful strip search, and false arrest. P alleges that he went to Crown Fried Chicken and placed an order for food. P claims while waiting for his food he went into an electronic store where MOS arrested him. MOS were conducting buy and bust operation. Undercover MOS approached separately apprehended Naim Roper (non-party) and Nayquan Cintron (non-party) and engaged in a drug related conversation and entered a bodega with them to make the drug deal. While inside the bodega, UC 39 observed P outside the store acting as a lookout. Then, P entered the bodega and engage in a conversation with Mr. Roper and Mr. Cintron and stated in sum and substance “Yo, hurry up ya’ll ain’t done yet, get that money,
