Why let exercising be dull, let’s do CrossFit! I am one of those who need some excitement and a challenge when it comes to working out. CrossFit provides intense training, endurance, and perception of a support community. Many see CrossFit as a difficult form of a workout, but in all reality there’s nothing to be afraid of. When I was first introduced to CrossFit I was hesitant of going. I pictured all these men and woman with big muscles picking up heavy tires and lifting heavy weights. I then realized that CrossFit was not what I had imagined. From having no judgement of how I looked, how fast I was, or if I was able to accomplish the workout made a difference and gave me that motivation to keep going.
