At IronMass, we aim to provide our visitors, both beginners, and professionals, with a wide variety of new and old WODs. These workouts of the day always challenge the body, as well as the mind.
We want to keep you waiting for more to come! Then you’ll always be guessing…what’s in store for the next day?
With CrossFit, you will have the guidance and motivational support of our premium trainers and coaches.
You will complete WODs that allow your body to evolve in strength and endurance. Eventually, you will perform new movements and exercises you never thought you could do.
So your first task will be simply to show up. Our thorough trainers will take care of the rest!
Each CrossFit workout is exercised within a small group of students.
