Cross-training Dirt bike racing one of the most interesting sports. The sport is hard and you need to be strong and have passion. The story of cross training is good riders or experienced riders train riders that want to go pro.and riders that just what to get better. It is at a private track so you can get hands on training. With good pro rides. All the riders that come have been riding for a while. All the riders are trying to learn to do tricks. They want to learn how to go faster and win racers with more confidence. They all what to get good to podium. If you don't know what podium is it is getting first,second or third. And if you are interested you are 4 to 12 you are amuture riders.
