Paralympic Cross-Country Skiing is one of the sports that will be showcased at the 2018 Pyeong Chang Winter Olympics from March 9-18. It is a sport for Skiing athletes that have physical disabilities. In the winter Paralympic games, this sport (along with the biathlon) is a part of two nordic skiing events. It involves cross-country skiing in short, middle, or long distances. There will be 20 medal events at this year's events. This year it will be the forty-second year of the event.

For men who stand ski the distances are the middle distance which is 10 kilometers and the long distance which is 15 kilometers. For the women stand skiers the middle is 5 kilometers and the long distance is 15 kilometers. Both men and women have the same sprint distance (1200 meters). For sit skiers, the distance for the sprint is 800 meters for both women and men, the middle distance is 10 kilometers for men and 5 kilometers for women, and the long distance is 15 kilometers for men amid women having a distance of 12 kilometers.
