Cronus found out that his children would soon overpower him.Cronus had later ate his children because he wanted to prevent this from happening.Cronus had dranked a type of potion and threw up his children.The theme that connects the two is “A struggle for power” In both stories it ended with someone being punished or either kilt.
The cronus myth is connected to the theme element “ A struggle for power” from when Cronus had struggled to have power so that his children will not kill him in the future.Cronus was afraid that his children might one day rise up against his authority, as he had against his own father, Uranus.
