Cronbach's Reliability

Second, reliability analysis is used to construct reliable measurement scales. In this study, implementing Cronbach's alpha is used as an estimate of the number of test items and the average inter-correlation among the items (organizational commitment, job involvement, transformational leadership). Higher Cronbach's alpha is associate with higher inter-correlation. If this outcome Cronbach's alpha reach above 0.7, it would be an acceptable reliability coefficient; if Cronbach's alpha is between 0.7 and 0.35, it means that reliability is questionable; if value is lower than 0.35, it means that the reliability is low (Nunnally 1978).
