By 21 of July 2014 Croc’s announced a new reorganization strategy, based on a lean system that consisted in coordinate their operations and its employees; this process was only possible by the forced closure of 624 retail stores worldwide, which induced the loss of 180 jobs, also 183 positions were deleted, including the ones of the Niwot corporate headquarters; the new strategy didn’t stopped there, Croc’s decided to eradicate the unnecessary process by shouting down underperforming brands in its product line. The almost infinite stock got reduced to a24 shoes order. In demand to reduce the outputs volume along the time and cost of the final product and elude over stocking, pleasing only the precise amount of consume.
