Crockpot Shredded Chicken: Comparison Essay

Crockpot Shredded Chicken
Servings: 10
Ingredients
5 lbs skinless and boneless chicken breast
2 chopped green bell peppers
2 chopped onions
For juice:
4 limes
½ tablespoon ground black pepper
1 tablespoon sea salt
½ cup water
Lime zest
Pinch of cayenne pepper
Directions
Put the chicken breast in the crockpot and cover with peppers and onions. For the juice mix the juice ingredients and pour this in the crockpot over the chicken.
Cook on low for around 8 hours. Towards the end of cooking, shred the chick- en. Serve this with brown rice, vegetables or whole grain tortillas.
