Criticism Of Deshannon

Deshannon, being able to accept criticism is a deal breaker for some relationship. Most individuals can’t handle that type of feedback. However, I value such friendships like that. The one’s that is able to tell me the truth despite of how I may feel after receiving the information. I always say it’s not what you say, but how you say it. Effective communication is definitely a key for positive relationship.
