Mother Nature is said because she is tho one who controls all of the nature in this world. She makes sure that everything stays on time, so she makes sure that all of the leaves and plants look excatly like they are supposed to in all of their seasons. Eden is said because it was the first garden ever made by God. Adam and Eve lived there and they were also the first people ont his earth.

So when he is saying "Nothing Gold can stay", he is actually saying that nothing that is very precious can stay forever.
