Here a fictitious story with fantastic characters are being used to get a point across. The visual elements in the commercial are typical Marvel fare, beautifully done and mostly computer generated imagery, or CGI. While it looks great, it is also unnecessary, as it does little to show the viewer why a Coke Mini is worth all of that. The cost and time of doing CGI, along with the exorbitant prices of Super bowl ads, makes the whole piece seem unnecessary and a waste of money to me. I also found elements of false causation fallacy, appeal to authority, and name-brand authority fallacies as popular characters who are heroes to real adults and children who buy soda but that does not mean it makes one heroic to do so. In fact, the heroes in this commercial are shown doing decidedly unheroic things, namely endangering civilians, destroying property, and stealing-traits I would not want to model for any child that may be watching and enjoying
