Critical thinking is a part of my daily routine in life, both personally and professionally, I guess you could say it’s the way I’m wired. Having a disciplined approach to problem-solving life’s obstacles using my critical thinking skills that I have attained through school and work allows me to focus and understand two constants. First, change is going to happen, regardless, if you’re ready for it or not. Second, one must be disciplined in the process and keep an open mind, don’t drive the data to follow it. Remain unbiased until the end and understand that not everything is black and white, there is a lot of grays. Critical thinking must distinguish between short and long-term goals, they are both relevant for the current and future state
