Self-Assessment on Critical Thinking
I believe every day we use critical thinking in our live rather it be in our personal lives, School, or in our day to day career. This course has been very interesting in how you think more towards the use of your education and how it benefits your views from others. It’s very interesting how you use different forms of thinking and I feel like I have been able to incorporate more thinking in my daily life along with this class. Now I do feel like I have struggled a little in the this course as I feel that I have been burnt out a little bit on how much thinking you do process in this class, but it has been rewarding to learn more in ways to think like others and to view points of interest or concerns, but

Stated by Paul & Elder (2012) “As a Developing critical thinker, get in the habit of explicitly stating the purpose you trying to accomplish.” I feel that this is difficult to state the purpose that you are trying to accomplish because you can view some many points of interest or ideas in so many ways cause we all think different. I really didn’t think that there was so much to it and I feel that it is going to be a very effect use in my education. As I am working on my degree in human resource management I know that I will have to use critical thinking as many employees I am going to have to work with will have issues and I will have to use my critical thinking skills to work out the problem. Within the organization that I am working in I use it every day but didn’t realize the different forms of critical thinking and it has opened my eye more on how to use it. This class has been a great skill of knowledge and I look forward to using it in the
