Critical Thinking Experience Report

Through my experience at Enrich LA I have learn how important it is to have a critical thinking and be willing to jump into new projects or tasks. Enrich LA is an active non-profit organization, it constantly evolving, and changes happen as it grows. Critical thinking is necessary to identify if anything needs to be adjusted. On some days I witnessed how the staff lacks some fresh minds to help them to figure out what components of the system need to be different. I tried my best to throw some ideas, but I always felt like I needed more experience in the field with students, grant writing, or farms.
