This semester in critical thinking class, I learned many new things that affected my everyday life. One of those things was VOC or (voice of criticism) and ego defense. The voice of criticism is that little voice we all have in our head that it's only good for bringing you down. The Voice of Criticism almost never have something positive to say, it almost always negative.
