1. Describe all assumptions seen in any of documents provided in the case study
a. Kelly: Had the assumption that with a project like this it was putting the company on the line. Furthermore the quality of service with little staff may prove impossible. Kelly also assumed that the company was only interested in putting the product out and they were not concern about Quality Control (QC). d. Chris: Assumed that although he sees that a couple of the team members are not on the same page he think that I may be able to get to the bottom of the story and get them both on the same page. He is trying to avoid laying employees off due to the budgets cuts so he is assuming that may want to opt into early retirement.
2. Explain the arguments made by each of these people.
a. Cliff O’Connor: Cliff understands the need of the company to succeed thereby placing people in the slot to get it done. However the budget for the million to a problem for the company yet he want to still launch the product by the August date with about $400k and that is less than the initial budget of $525k
b. Pat Lambert: Although Pat believes that it a crunch however he is still trying to produce something even if that means refining the features a little. Pat believes that they can produce the product and although some of the features may not operate to perfection, by launching in now when the work out the kinks it can already be on the market and once the kinks are work out it can be launch as
