Biography
My name is Melissa Medina. A twenty-eight-year-old, who be turning twenty-nine in the month of July. I was born in Manhattan, New York lived there until, I was six-year-old. My father and mother decided to divorce around that time. My sister, my brother and me were relocated to Miami. Miami was my home most of life until, I was seventeen-year-old. At that time, I’ve moved to Jacksonville for a few years, then Texas, and after back to Jacksonville to purse my education. I drop out of high school in 2006, three month before graduation due to being kick out the house. Until my uncle and aunt took me in and then I could go back to school. Since the education requirement were different from Miami and Georgia, I was told that I need two years to finish high school. I was nineteen year and felt old being in high school and that age. So, I quit school, until I was twenty-five-year-old. When I finally decided to get my life and education together. I was grateful to have my aunt and uncle help me once again finish my education purpose. I got my adult high school diploma at Florida State College at Jacksonville in 2013. For an example in our online book ““If you love books, a symbolic interactionist might propose that you learned that books are good or important in the interactions you had with family, friends, school, or church; maybe your family had a special reading time each week, getting your library card was treated as a special event, or bedtime stories were associated with warmth and comfort.” It tells us that it focuses on the connection among people within a society. Like if we use for an examples the fidget spinner that are supposed to help people to relax and de-stress. But adult use it so they don’t have to smoke a cigarette or other reasons. As for kids so they don’t have to bug their parent. It will pass it a short-term fad with no real use or long term gain. We will see it disappear like another trendy thing like Pokémon
