I think of what I value and apply those values yet at the same time open-minded to accepting differences of beliefs, codes, laws that placed into consideration in acting where no harm to others or myself, no negative consequences, and consider a utilitarian approach to choosing the greater happiness for the greater of society. We have to prepare when a problematic situation arises to alleviate bad judgments, poor decision making that could result in termination of the job, unsuccessful academic year, or failures.
