1. For me it is not easy to compare the critical thinking learned at school with the critical thinking needed and used in a job. The definition is obviously the same but, the background, the environment and the application of the CT is totally different. In my experience as a student and also a now, as a worker, I have found how much the use of critical thinking is different. Normally a student is not prepared to solve and manage some issue founded during a work, he need more experience for this. It is not a case that, reading the definition of "critical thinker", we can find the words: skill, experience.
