Many projects are managed in various areas of our life such as construction, healthcare, technology, education etc. Projects are significant in our life because of producing a definite outcome, within a planned schedule and limited budget. There are many different ways in the literature, on the definition of the concept of the project. The various definitions of the project has been carried out according to the work area. The Project Management Institute, USA has defined project as a temporary endeavor undertaken to produce a unique product, service or result. All projects should have time, cost and scope.
Generally, main goals in a construction project are budget, schedule and quality. All projects aim to be successful but in reality, only few project can be successful. %90 of them is unsuccessful. Less than %10 can reach major goals of project. The failure rate has cause concern in the project and various attempts were made by different researchers. The study of project success and success factor are considered as means of developing the effectiveness of project. If project manager realize the factors affecting the aim of the project previously, Projects will be successful. This study try to identify the critical success factor (CFSs) affect the project performance associated with project management practice and levels. Level of effectiveness of project management and degree of success of the project aims provide that project is successful or not. Hence, this study will explain the success of construction project associated with critical success factor (CFSs) and project
