The wealth switches the power dynamic from a man to a woman, leaving Taylor with the upper hand in the relationship from the very beginning. The video also shows gender role being switched between the characters. The image of a goddess and its opposite binary, the witch, are portrayed through Taylor’s actions. The images challenge the power between a goddess and the witch.
