I am a student at Miles College; however, I did not always have a chosen field of study. After contemplating for a semester, I decided I wanted to major in Criminal Justice. The Criminal Justice division allows me to help many different people, choose an interesting career among many available, and it inspires me more than any other academic practice. I will examine why I chose Criminal Justice as a major. Growing up I always enjoyed helping people. I was the kid willing to share and lend a helping hand. Now as an adult I have those same habits. Majority of all C.J jobs engage with people. Your career will tie in with helping society in one way or another. I enjoy one on one interaction with humanity. This is one reason I chose Criminal
