The Criminal Justice Coordinating Council (CJCC) strives to serve and empower victims of crime across the State of Georgia. CJCC has many moving pieces that are key to its success in providing victims of crime quality services that will help the victims overcome the effects of their victimization. CJCC manages multiple federal and state funding streams that are used to fund victim services agencies throughout the state. “CJCC certifies all victim services providers in Georgia for eligibility to receive Local Victim Assistance Funds, which requires maintaining an application and documentation process for over 300 governmental and non-governmental agencies” (). CJCC also oversees multiple victim oriented programs throughout the state of Georgia,

    Critical Element 1 Law Enforcement David was consonantly at the bottom end of cases assigned in the district. Sense the month of May except in two month the District Ranger had more cases assigned to him than David did and during those months David only had one more case in one month and three more in another month. The District Rangers job requires him to be out of the field at least 70% more than a field ranger.
