I feel most drug dealers doesn’t necessarily constitute facing the death penalty that to me would be one that signifies a sentence of life in prison for repeat offenders, because they know they are possibly taking the life of another by selling or manufacturing drugs but don't necessarily commit the crime right off. However, there are certain circumstances that the drug dealers should face the death penalty when their actions involve the death of a child or minor under the age of 18. I feel that even though we all have choices and are free to make those choices an individual underage doesn't necessarily hold the life skills or mentality to know all the damages drugs can do, so if a drug dealer chooses to sell to an underage individual and they die yes, they should be held accountable as well if they are negligent and let a child get into the drugs they are in possession of or they are the result of the child’s death by retaliation from others because of the drugs. The cases have to be looked upon individually in my opinion if one is out selling marijuana and that’s it they get caught and charged as repeat offender I don't feel that constitutes death penalty. I hope I clarified that well
