Richard (the hit and run guy) was shopping around to find the lowest attorney fee. He said he found an attorney with much lower fee while promised that there won't be any records left regarding his case.

May I know is our pre-trial fee still $5,500 for HaoChen's case? As soon as I have your indication, I will coordinate HaoChen to meet with Sho today in our office.
