What I do not believe that a person demonstrated criminal behavior in the past can't change permanently. The reason to that is that people get in and out of trouble every single day. One of them is that in the book "The Outsiders" Dally the man the went to jail when he was a young boy never change when he got older. When he got older he did worse things like robbing stores and cars even. The big reason is that when people go into jail and come back to the outside world they still do huge criminal crimes that everyone will know about. When you want to look at the past to see if you did something nice in your life you can change a little but if you keep on doing crimes that get you in big trouble you can't change at all. the problem is that when
