Crime against women is a separate issue of criminal justice studies, because as the men dominate the system. The men realize that the can punish themselves because under the patriarchy ideals; the violence against women is not a crime. The men who run the system tend to sell the idea to society that this violence against the women is a social problem. Therefore the society assume that the women know how this relationship works when agree to be part of this. It is for this reason that the authorities do not consider a crime when women are abused by their partners is physically and psychologically. Many societies recognize that if women choose to live with your partner, and she experiences violence is because she provokes their partner. The legal concept of violence against women is poorly defined and established within the society. It is that women have to be in a relationship just an object to satisfy your partner. In most of the time this ideology becomes a part of people 's relationship, this is the case that no matter how conform this relationship is a victim of the system. Under this wrong social concept many women decide to stay in this sick relation with their partner. In most cases, women choose to be in this relationship, because they live according to what society expects about their gender role. Many women do not go out of this cycle of violence because they think that without the presence of your partner they cannot do anything or they cannot live.
