Having worked in the fields of education, behavioral and mental health has broadened my perspective on which path I will make the focus of my current goals. However, having such a broad range of experience made it difficult to determine how the knowledge gained from the work I was doing in each field could be translated and developed into a clearer path. Consequently, I placed certain goals on hold, the main one being obtaining a professional license. Recently, I realized that a license was necessary to conduct the type of work in which I wanted to engage. Credentials are essential to my line of work and the plan that I continue to develop for myself. Early in my professional career, I planned to earn a PsyD. With new licensing regulations,
