The reason why creativity is important is because it helps people adapt to their everyday changing environment and lives. Creativity is pretty much everywhere from art, music, and business. People tend to say that art is one of the only things that separate humans from animals but if people think about it it is are creative empathy that separates us. James wants people to be authentic in their work because he believes that it creates individuals creativity. He is a teacher and he uses his platform to teach his student on how to be themselves. The reason why he teaches them on how to be themselves it is because they thing their work is weird. James believes that weird work will give us courage and permission to be weird professionally.
