Arthur nodded meekly and the deputy said, “Extend both hands, please, Mr. Bauer.”Then, Arthur did, and the deputy clipped the handcuffs. His partner patted him to see if he was armed.

Then he told Arthur his rights, “Arthur Bauer, you are under arrest in connection with the murder of Luis Cruz. You have the right to remain silent.”Arthur’s father looked paralyzed, and then he said, “Wait a minute! Is Arthur, the one, the guy you told me about? The guy at the football practice?”His father continued.“Listen, officer. This is not right. This is a mistake. Arthur told me all about this guy, back when this first happened.”

The deputy didn’t listen and started walking with the prisoner. Steve Bauer keep making excuses such as, “The guy never even belonged there.”But there was a sudden shout that came out of them from inside the Fisher’s house. A kid name, Paul Fisher came out shouting, “He belonged up there!”Mr. Bauer turned around a responded back, “He belonged up there as much as you and your stupid kid.”
